I'm creating and sharing this following 4-days at an Alan Weiss event in Brisbane. I made some decisions during the week and a few of my friends were like, "Oh, why did you decide to do that? How are you playing this conference?"
I think you really need a balance of all four quadrants in today's matrix to have a really invigorating conference experience without burning yourself out.
The two elements are:
- Managing your time (free time/scheduled)
- Managing your energy (in/out)
