Today's episode is all about clarityâwhat it gives you, and where it can trip you up.
I reflect on something powerful I heard on The Diary of a CEO with Jimmy Fallon. He shared his obsession with getting on Saturday Night Liveâhow he wrote it in his journal, non-negotiable, and pursued it with singular focus. That kind of energy? Thatâs clarity.
Right now, Iâm getting that same type of clarity from my Everest Base Camp + Lobuche Peak goal. I didnât have a weighted vest a few months ago, but now itâs part of the toolkit. Why? Because the what is setâand the how is starting to fall into place.
đĽ The insight I want to share with you today?
We often get caught up in the how before weâve decided on the what. And thatâs what kills momentum.
If I had started asking âhowâ too soon, I wouldâve talked myself out of this trek: no hiking experience, no elevation training, no love for leg day. But I set the what, and that decision has mobilized everything else.
So todayâs encouragement is simple:
Stop asking âhowâ too soon. Get clear on what you want.
The how will come. Trust yourself to figure it out.
