🌴140. Leanne's obnoxious business model pyramid

In today’s episode, I’m recapping my experience speaking at the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practice’s annual conference. It was an absolute honour to be the only non-lawyer on stage. But also, it gave me a chance to bring a fresh perspective to a room of highly skilled professionals.
I kick things off by explaining whatcollaborative practiceactually is—because honestly, I only found out about it a couple of years ago, and I wish more people knew it existed. It’s a more human, client-led way to navigate things like separation or divorce, without the chaos of courtroom drama.
From there, I share the key theme of my keynote:trade-offs—in law, in business, and in life. I riff on four dualities I’ve noticed in my own career journey:
- Fromherotoguide
- Fromappointmentstoaccess
- Fromdoing with hands and feettothinking and speaking
- And ultimately, the dream:getting paid to be yourself
Yep, I finally shared myobnoxious business model pyramidpublicly.
