This is a surprise solo minisode that I felt compelled to record, after seeing that Apple Podcast assumes that my show goes out every day.
I love the challenge of a habit streak.
I also sometimes hate a habit streak.
Why is that?
Well, a few reasons that I'll share on today's show. My most recently example is getting to a 98 day streak on my Peloton app, only to lose it when I visited the USA recently.
It's hard to get back on the bike when you lose a streak.
But I found a way of doing that - that involved some cool, asynchronous community time.
The Encore - I think it's a neat way of creating behaviour change that hasn't been exploited enough in our work and our lives.
